PLASMET Company
PLASMET specializes in production of components for automotive industry, mainly in the form of elements and sub-assemblies, manufactured from motor-car body sheets, steel coils, alu-coils and steel bars. The main technological processes are punching, stamping and seam and point welding. Finished to assembly (including surface treatment: protecting coats) are delivered in „just in time” system to such corporations like Volkswagen, Škoda Auto, FIAT Auto Poland, SCANIA, SILA and SITECH. PLASMET has its own Research and Development department and Tool shop. Tooling is made inside the company; based on our own documentation prepared in system CAD/CAM.
- PLASMET is located 4km from Słupsk; hires 118 employees and develops constantly. The company maintains permanent technical cooperation with its customers and with the scientific institutes.
- PLASMET has integrated System of Managing with Quality and Environment, according to ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and ISO 14001:2004.
- Plasmet owns three stamping lines, that are used to stamping steel coils on the progressive tooling, with presses with 250, 315 and 400 tons pressure.
- Highly qualified staff of PLASMET guarantee the highest quality of produced parts and that the all shipments will be delivered in due time.
- The staff qualifications are upgraded constantly by trainings that are carried out in co-operation with outer institutions.
