PLASMET has its own Department of the Development, with high professional qualifications staff, which is capable to leading the high innovation technical solutions. We design and project tools and prototypes by ourself. Production process is drawn up and implemented in PLASMET too.

We cooperate with technical colleges, which mean that students can have their traineeships in our company. After studies, they have possibilities to get hire in PLASMET.

We are in close collaboration with Technical University of Koszalin in regard with researching and implementing innovative technologies in our company.

To eliminate the causes of defects, and to solve quality problems, we use methods such as: FMEA analysis, Deming’s circle, Pareto’s analysis, Ishikawa’s graph, Gantt’s schedule or 8D Report.
